"I bought a used 2006 Dyna® Low Rider® the day after Thanksgiving. "Cindy's bike" I love it! The staff was personable, and low-keyed; I was impressed with the selection of new and used bikes. In fact, I will be there on Sunday with a friend in the market.

"Partly because I live in Sacramento, I have not visited your dealership in 20 years. I have an '04 Ultra Classic® which was in need of tires soon. I picked up a nail on Labor Day which made the repair an emergency in my eyes. I was so happy to find you open and willing do install the tires while I waited on a holiday. The service advisor (Nick) was helpful in selecting the tires which were best for my application. The dealership even offered me a shuttle to a restaurant so I could have lunch while I waited. Yes, I know this benifits both of us as I am out of the service department's hair, but it is a very nice service. So, I would like to thank the tech who installed the tires so well and quickly, and most of all, the tech who detailed my baby in the hot summer afternoon. "We had just sold our 2004 geezer-glide. I was needing a wallet, so we dropped in while in Auburn. Was met by steve scripilliti upon entering your business. Was shown a very nice 2001 Heritage Softail® Classic, ended up taking it home. I have had Harleys since 1979 and have never been in a dealership in which we were made to feel so at home while doing business. Very professional yet friendly a combination very hard to achieve. A byline to this is after a few minutes with Steve, we realized that we have known each other for 15 years as he was my snap-on dealer in Hayward. The next day I brought the classic and the elecrtaglide to your service dept for service. both bike were done while I waited. We buy a bike every 3 years or so, I will be in to buy the next one from your dealership.

Your service Department immediately helped me, eventhough I had bought the bike at the Sacramento dealership. Most importantly, I had gone to the Rocklin dealership (Closer to my house) the day before. "We came in not knowing exactly what we wanted for a bike, even though we had been to another delership before trying Auburn. Jill answered or went out of her way to find the answers for us to all of our questions about new and used bikes and were answered to the fullest. We decided on an used 2001 Road Glide. The final deal was made and paperwork finished and signed very fast. We were heading home in a freshly washed bike, with new HD helmets and boots in less than 2 hours. In the first week we have been called 3 times by seperate employees making sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase and service.
